Continuation from Transportation : Rise of the Hydrogen Cars

Having the open source idea is great. but as a consumer, many may still be thinking when would they be able to get hold of these hydrogen cars.

Well wait no more. Some of the leading car manufacturers have already sent a few of their hydrogen cars on the street. i have choosen 2 of them for my review here. They are Honda’s FCX Clarity and General Motor’s Chevrolet Equinox.

Clarity has been the best hydrogen car that i have ever seen so far. With an amazing look and incredible performance, Clarity has been named 2009’s World Green Car award. Clarity, now only available to Southern Californians, is being leased for $600/month for 3 years. General Motor’s Chevrolet Equinox

General Motor's Chevrolet Equinox

Equinox has came long way after years of developement and is the best of its kind from General Motors. Similar to Clarity, Equinox has also been deployed in limited number to these areas. California, New York and Washington. Although i couldnt find much official information on how to get my hands on this little beauty, ive been told by a previous commentator that General Motor’s is letting people drive these cars free for several months in exchange for their feedback on the car. pretty good deal i think. for more information [check their official site].
